Fear Will Not Win

Devotional Reflection

Today we begin the third stage of our journey. During the past ten days, you have discovered God’s unfailing love, His constant presence and His faithful guidance. Now the Lord begins to work somewhere even deeper—within your mind.

Fear often begins long before we speak it. It quietly shapes our thoughts, influences our decisions and gradually changes the way we see ourselves, others and even God. Left unchecked, fearful thinking can become a pattern that steals both joy and peace.

Paul reminds us that God does not simply improve our thinking—He renews it. As we spend time in His Word and walk daily with Christ, our minds begin to change. We learn to replace fear with faith, worry with trust and uncertainty with God’s truth. The old patterns slowly lose their influence as His promises become the foundation of our thinking.

Transformation is usually gentle rather than sudden. Every day you choose God’s truth over fear, your heart is becoming stronger, your faith is growing deeper and your life is being shaped more into the likeness of Christ.
