Devotional Reflection
Yesterday we began discovering that God transforms our lives by renewing our minds. Today, He gently teaches us something equally important. We can choose what we allow our minds to dwell upon.
Every day our thoughts are influenced by many voices. News reports, conversations, disappointments and unexpected challenges all compete for our attention. Fear naturally focuses on what might go wrong, but faith chooses to look towards what is true, honourable and filled with hope.
Paul encourages believers to deliberately think about the things that reflect God’s character. This is not about ignoring life’s difficulties or pretending that problems do not exist. It is about refusing to allow fear to become the loudest voice in our hearts. As we fill our minds with God’s truth, His peace begins to shape our outlook and strengthen our confidence.
Today, pay attention to the thoughts you are feeding. Every time you choose God’s promises over fear’s predictions, you are allowing your mind to become a place where faith can flourish. Small daily choices create lasting spiritual transformation.

Prayer
Father, thank You for the gift of Your truth. Jesus, help me focus on what honours You today. Holy Spirit, guide my thoughts and fill my mind with Your peace. Amen.
