Fear Will Not Win
Day 10 of 10
Today’s Scripture • Isaiah 26:3–4
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”
Isaiah 26:3–4 (NIV)
Devotional Reflection
Today marks the completion of the second stage of your journey. During these past five days, you have learned to trust the Good Shepherd, to rest in Christ, to wait patiently upon the Lord and to place your confidence in His wisdom. Now, God reveals the beautiful fruit of that growing trust—His perfect peace.
The peace God gives is not the absence of problems but the presence of His steady hand in the middle of them. It is a quiet confidence that remains even when life feels uncertain. Isaiah tells us that this peace comes to those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in the Lord.
Fear continually tries to pull our thoughts towards everything that might go wrong. Faith gently brings our attention back to the One who never changes. Every time you choose to remember God’s promises, you are training your heart to rest in His faithfulness rather than your fears.
As you prepare to enter the next stage of this devotional journey, pause and recognise how far God has already brought you. The same Lord who has carried you through these first ten days will continue to strengthen, guide and sustain you throughout the days ahead.
