Fear Will Not Win

Devotional Reflection

Yesterday you stepped into the freedom that Christ has given you. Today, that freedom begins to shape how you see yourself. God does not simply call you to survive life’s challenges; through Christ, He calls you to live with confidence in His victory.

When Paul wrote these words, he was not speaking to people whose lives were easy. They knew hardship, uncertainty and opposition. Yet he boldly declared that they were “more than conquerors.” Their confidence did not come from their own strength or determination. It came from the unchanging love of Christ that had already secured the victory.

This is an important turning point in your journey. For many days you have been learning to overcome fear. Today, you begin to recognise that your identity is no longer defined by fear at all. Your identity is found in Jesus Christ. You are loved, forgiven, strengthened and held securely in His hands.

Walk into today remembering that every challenge you face is met by a Saviour who has already overcome the world. Because you belong to Him, fear no longer has the final word over your life.
