Part two turns from avoiding falsehood to accepting the responsibility to speak. In a world of confusion, silence can feel safer, yet there are moments when love requires a truthful warning, a defence of the vulnerable or a clear witness to Jesus Christ. Ben and Simon explore the freedom Christ brings through truth, the watchman’s responsibility in Ezekiel and the difference between courageous speech and angry noise. The aim is not to win arguments but to remain faithful: listen carefully, test what is said, speak at the right time and entrust the outcome to God.

Truth is rooted in Jesus
Christian truth is not merely a collection of opinions. Jesus identifies Himself as the truth and calls disciples to remain in His word.
Silence can carry responsibility
When people face danger, injustice or deception, refusing to speak may protect our comfort while leaving others exposed.
Courage requires wisdom
Not every thought needs broadcasting. Faithful speech considers timing, evidence, motive and the wellbeing of those who hear.
The outcome belongs to God
We are responsible for truthful and loving witness, not for controlling every response. This frees us from fear and manipulation.
