About this Sunday prayer
Sunday night has a way of turning the volume up on everything: the week ahead, the headlines, the bills, the health worries, and the “what ifs” you managed to outrun for a day or two. We slow it all down with a guided time of Christian prayer, beginning with Psalm 23 and the steady comfort of knowing the Lord is our shepherd, our refuge and our strength.
We pray for peace of mind, healing and spiritual rest for anyone feeling exhausted, burnt out or anxious. Along the way, we anchor ourselves in Jeremiah 29:11 for hope and purpose, Romans 8:28 for trust in hardship, Matthew 11:28 for rest, and Isaiah 41:10 for courage over fear.
The second half becomes something tangible as we share communion together, breaking bread and taking the cup as symbols of the body and blood of Christ. It is a simple, quiet moment of remembrance and renewal for anyone walking through a valley and needing God’s presence for the week ahead.

Let Go Of Worry And Trust
SPEAKER_00 · 18:11 tonight. Will you help us to let go and to let God? Will you help us to let go of our fears? Will you help us to let go of our doubts? Will you help us to let go of the worries, the panic attacks, the uncertainties? And Father, help us to let go and to let God take full charge of our lives. But Lord, whatever this moment is, whatever the day is, Lord, whatever the season is, Lord, the winter of life, the spring of life, the autumn and the summer of life, Father, we pray for fresh rainfall. We pray that the Spirit of the Lord will lead us across this earth, in our workspace, in our home life. Father, whatever we are facing, you are our shepherd. And Lord, lead us to fresh pastures. Lead us to that place of fresh anointing. Lead us to that place, dear God, where you will restore our soul. Lord, those quiet waters, those areas of our lives where we will find the refreshing rain of the Holy Spirit. Lord, where you rest in our spirit tonight. Lord, you are the good shepherd. You are Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. And we trust in the Lord with all of our heart. And Lord, make that pathway straight for us. Lord, we do not want to lean in our own mindset. We don’t want to go in our own rhythm. Lord, we want to trust in you, Lord. And whatever this situation is, we believe that you are our refuge. You are our rock. You are our redeemer. And Lord, tonight just strengthen those bones. Strengthen our hearts. Lord, help us not to go in the emotional drive, but Lord, to go in the power of God and just to find that rhythm of Scripture. Holy Spirit, we seek the Father’s heart. We seek the presence of Almighty Jesus in our homes, in our workspace, in our lives, in every corner. Lord, I pray that the Heavenly Father will come down and touch our hearts tonight. As the Bible says, as Scripture says, our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come. Holy Spirit, we pray that your will be done. Your glory will reign. You are sovereign. You are King. You are glorious. You are Jehovah Jairah, Jehovah Nissi. And help us to be strong tonight. Help us to walk in courage tonight. Help us to realize that we walk in favor and power and the anointing of God. And your presence is with each and every one of us. And no weapon forged against us shall prosper. But the love of God is over our lives, that your spirit and your grace is with us. And Lord, as that Roman writer writes so clearly, in all things, in every situation, in the middle of the week, in the weekend, in the morning, in the evening, in the afternoon, all things work together for good for those who love him. And Lord, we love you. And Lord, for those that are panicking, those that are scared, those that are worried, we pray, dear God, for breakthrough. We pray, dear God, that the love of God will just move in our hearts and our minds and our bodies and our souls. Lord, whatever the time zone is, whatever the rhythm is, Lord, just let your presence come like refreshing summer rain. That we will fill your glory, Lord, that the mercy of God and favor will descend wherever we are. Please, God. Please, God, anoint us afresh, Lord. Let your love and your grace just be over our lives. Lord, we need your love tonight. Lord, you tell us through the scripture, you tell us through the word of God that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. That all things are possible to those who believe. And we believe in miracles. We believe in your power. We believe in your grace. We believe in the word of God. And Lord, from the battlefield to the boredroom, to the field of life, Lord, we stretch out to Jesus. We stretch out to you tonight, Lord. Just in this stillness, we stretch out to the Father and we say, Please, Lord, strengthen our bones, strengthen our back. Lord, let your mercy and your grace be over all of us wherever we are. Father, I pray that panic will go, that fear will melt like wax, that uncertainty will leave us. And Lord, that we will know your grace. Lord, we will know your favor. And the Holy Spirit, Lord, will just guide us and lead us in paths of righteousness. But Lord, we thank you for your goodness. We thank you for your strength. We thank you that the hand of God is over each and every one of us. And whatever we go through, whatever we face, Lord, we pray that your grace, your love and favor will be over our lives. But I believe the Lord is calling you. I believe there is grace over your life. I believe Jesus Christ is calling you through Matthew 11, 28. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. The Spirit of the Lord is calling you. Do you feel exhausted? Do you feel weary? Do you feel tired? Do you need that breakthrough in your life? God is calling you. The love of God is in your life. Nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. And all things are possible to those who believe. Lord, we need you tonight. Lord, we need that grace. Father, we need the word of God. Father, will you penetrate this skin that we walk in? Lord, will you lead us in paths of righteousness? Lord, will you carry us across this earth? Because Lord, there’s nowhere else for us to go but to the cross of Calvary. There is nowhere else for us to go but to the Word of God. There is nowhere else for us to go but into the presence of the Holy Spirit. And Lord, we pray that the Holy Spirit will lead us in fresh paths, that the Holy Spirit will take us to an area of newness and freshness. That your grace will just come down like summer rain. That you will carry us, Lord, from the four winds of heaven. Lord, we pray that you will blow over our lives, that we will see the goodness and the mercy and the favor of God. Lord, I ask you tonight. Lord, we believe in miracles. We ask you tonight, strengthen our bones. We ask you tonight, Lord, let healing flow like summer rain. Refresh our hearts, refresh our minds, refresh our spirits, take away the tiredness, take away the fear, take away the doubt. And Lord, we pray that peace will descend over our lives. Lord, we thank you that John 14, 27 is in our hearts. The Bible says, peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled. Lord, I pray that our hearts will not be troubled, that your mercy, that we will surrender to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, that all things are possible to those who believe. And Lord, we believe in miracles. And Lord, let your grace just come down. Lord, let the healing hand of God be over us. Thank you, Father. Lord, we thank you that grace is over our lives, that your presence is with us. But Lord, we need to live in peace. We need to walk in peace. And Father, Lord, we need to rest in the peace of our Father. So Lord, I ask you tonight, wherever we are, that our hearts will not be troubled. And Lord, that we will realize that you are our shepherd and you are our God. And Lord, whatever the situation is, whatever the rhythm of our life is, I ask you, Father, as we walk through Isaiah 41, verse 10, so do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Father, we need the divine grace over our lives. We need that divine presence of Almighty God. Because Lord, the world is very scary. The world, dear God, is pushing us in certain directions. And Lord, we want to walk, dear God, in the holy path. Lord, we want to follow Jehovah Jairah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. Lord, we want to feel that grace, that favor, Lord, that sits over our lives. Thank you, Lord, that we are secure in you, that there is comfort in you, that there is guidance in you, that there is anointing in you. Lord, that there is healing in you. Lord, that your blessings are new every morning and help us to trust in the Lord with all of our heart and not lean on our own understanding. Lord, help me not to lean on my own understanding, but to trust in the Father’s heart, the Father’s plan, the grace, the favor, the anointing of our God. And Lord, as you told Joshua, be strong and courageous. Lord, I ask you that we will never let the book of the law depart from thy mouth. Lord, that we will meditate on it day and night. And Lord, that we will find that gentle place, that rhythm of the Holy Spirit. Lord, that we will feel the grace of God, the favor of God, the anointing of God. Lord, that your presence, Lord, that we will never let the book of the law depart from our mouths. Lord, that we will meditate on the scripture. Lord, that the scripture will open our hearts. Lord, that you will just grace us with your love and your mercy. And Father, just remind us that all we gotta do is just follow Jesus. Nothing else, not about church, not about religion, but just be Jesus followers. So Lord, we stretch out to you tonight. And we realize that you are our refuge, that you are our strength, an ever-present help in trouble. And for those that feel like they’re in trouble tonight, for those that just feel that they’re scared tonight, Lord, let your grace just fall like summer rain. Carry us across the world from cities, villages, towns, societies, and cultures. Lord, help us to be strong. To be Jesus’ followers, just to gather our breath. But Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in the hand of God. We believe in the power of God, your grace. Holy Spirit, just bless us tonight. Carry us across the world, wherever we are. Bring peace to homes. Bring peace to hearts. Dear God, I pray for all those, dear God, those that have got tears, dear God, running down their face. Lord, that you will wipe their tears, that you will carry broken hearts. Lord, that you will stretch out. Lord, that we will feel your presence. But Lord, we pray that we won’t be anxious about anything. But the peace of God will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ
Breaking Bread And Taking The Cup
SPEAKER_00 · 29:13 Jesus. Wherever you are across this world tonight, will you join me as we break bread and take a cup? The love of God is with you. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. All you got to do is just grab a bit of bread, just a simple bit of bread wherever you are across the world as we just take this bread and we just take a bit of grape juice, whatever it is, just you know, as long as it just symbolizes the blood of Jesus, you know, just take that cup tonight. Grape juice, whatever it may be. Come on, let’s pray. Father, in the name of Jesus, we come to the Passover table. And Lord, we break bread together. And right now, Lord, we pray that your mercy, as we come to the table, Lord, we thank you that this bread symbolizes the body of Christ. Holy Spirit, we thank you that there is grace, that there is sovereignty, that there is hope, that there is mercy. Lord, I pray for those that are in a valley tonight, that you will lift them out of the valley, that the Spirit of the Lord will carry you. Whatever your time zone is, whatever situation you are going through, Jesus Christ loves you, and Jesus is calling you. So let’s break this bread together. Father, we thank you that this bread symbolizes the body of Christ. And Lord, wherever we are, we thank you that the blessings of the Lord are descending in our lives. Father, I thank you, as we break this bread together, that this bread symbolizes your body, that was broken from the Garden of Gethsemane to the cross of Calvary, from the cross to the grave. Father, I thank you for Resurrection Sunday. Lord, that we are saved because the king went to the cross. And Lord, thank you for this bread that symbolizes that body. Touch our hearts tonight as we take this together in Jesus’ name. And Lord, we thank you that your grace abounds. And Lord, that our sins have been nailed to the cross. So Lord, as we break the bread as we take at a cup, Lord, as we live our lives on whatever the time zone is. Lord, I thank you that this cup symbolizes the crimson tide, the blood of Jesus. So Lord, where you wash us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. Will you carry us in paths of righteousness? Lord, we thank you that healing abounds. Your mercy and your grace is over each and every one of us. And Lord, remind us that fear can never win, that we are grafted into the vine, and nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Let’s take this cup because it is a symbolic power that the authority is given to Jesus Christ through his precious blood. Come on, let’s take this together. Father, cleanse us from the crown of our head to the very sole of our feet. Lord, we need your presence. Lord, we understand, Lord, that that bread symbolizes the body of Christ. Lord, that the cup symbolizes the blood of the Lamb. And Lord, we thank you for redemption. We thank you for hope tonight. We thank you for your mercy tonight. And Lord, wherever we sit across this world, we believe that all things are possible to those who believe. So Lord, I pray that you will give us a vision, that you will give us a dream, that our hearts will smile, and your presence will come like summer rain. But Lord, we thank you for the cross. We thank you for the grave. We thank you that Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for all the saints, and your goodness is over our lives. But Lord, we ask you that we won’t be anxious about anything, but your peace and your grace will carry us through this night. Lord, prepare us for the working week. Prepare us for the situations that are before our eyes. Whatever situation is unfolding right now, we ask you, Father, as we walk through the valley, that you are our shepherd, that you will lead us in paths of righteousness. Lord, that we will see your grace, that we will experience your love. Touch us tonight, right now, Lord. We thank you for the cross. Lord, we just look at the cross on the bottom end of the church down there, Lord, by the candles. We just take a moment to reflect and say thank you, Jesus. Thank you for the cross at Calvary. Thank you for redemption. Thank you for hope. Thank you that the love of God is over our lives, that you have called us, you have redeemed us, you have restored us, that there is a hope, and your way is perfect, and you are the way, the truth, and the life. And no one comes to the Father except through thee. So right now, Lord, carry us, watch over us. Thank you, Lord, that salvation is over our lives, that no weapon forged against us shall prosper, that the Spirit of the Lord is in our heart, and you are our shepherd. You are a God that is restoring. You are a God of hope. You are a God of all things. But Lord, we want to hear the lion of Judah. We want to hear the power of God. And Lord, we thank you that we are grafted into the vine, and nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. So Lord, help us to focus on you, to lift our eyes to Jesus, not to look at the world, not to look at what’s happening around us, but just to keep our eyes on Jesus. And Father, help us just come to that place, that realization that the love of God is over our lives, and all things are possible to those who believe. Lord, we believe. We believe in miracles. We believe in your power. We believe in your grace. We believe in your favor. And tonight, Lord, I ask you that you will set the captives free, that we will experience the freedom, that we will experience your love. So, Lord, take away the worries, take away the fears, take away the doubts, and let your love just come down like summer rain. Bless us from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. Let us feel your presence. Let us see your glory. Holy Spirit, help us to pause, to breathe, and to feel your love. So, Lord, I pray that you will carry us through this night. And Lord, that we will find that the love of God is over us and the angels have been deployed according to the psalmist, the prayers of David. Father, we thank you. The angels have been released, the angels have been deployed because God’s love is over our lives, and the Spirit of the Lord is with you. Whatever your working week is looking like, whatever your weekend is looking like, whatever your hour is looking like, I pray that healing will come. I pray that glory will fall and the love of God will be over your lives. Whatever you face as individuals, whatever you face in your life, whatever is over your life, whatever is around your life, I believe God is calling you. God is calling you to a new way. He’s calling you. Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Do you need rest tonight? Do you need favor tonight? Do you realize you are anointed? That there is healing and there are miracles? And the word of God is yes and amen. So I pray that wherever you are, that Isaiah 41 verse 10 will be so strong over your lives. So do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you. Whatever your week is looking like, whatever your Sunday evening is like, the Spirit of the Lord is in your house. Don’t ever give up. Don’t ever give in, because there is power in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And God loves you. I pray that the Word of God will come alive in our spirit. I pray that the Holy Spirit will lead us in paths of righteousness. I pray that His mercy will lead you into new beginnings, that you will find that healing, that you will receive that blessing, and you will walk in your miracles.
