Fear Will Not Win

Day 24 of 30

Today’s Scripture • Psalm 121:1–2

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord…”

Psalm 121:1–2 (NIV)

Devotional Reflection

As this journey draws closer to its conclusion, take a moment to look back. The fears that once seemed so large no longer stand where they once did. Not because every circumstance has changed, but because your eyes have gradually been lifted towards the Lord, who has faithfully walked with you every step of the way.

The psalmist asks a question that every believer has asked at some point: “Where does my help come from?” The answer is immediate and unwavering. Our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. The One who created all things is more than able to sustain your life today.

There will still be moments when challenges appear unexpectedly. Yet instead of looking first at the size of the problem, you are learning to look first towards the greatness of God. Faith changes where we look before it changes how we feel.

Lift your eyes today. The God who has carried you through every page of this journey has not brought you this far to leave you now. His help is constant, His strength is sufficient and His faithfulness will continue long after this devotional has ended.

Today’s Truth

My help comes from the faithful Lord who never changes.

Father, thank You for being my constant help in every season. Jesus, lift my eyes above my circumstances and towards You. Holy Spirit, remind me that Your strength is always enough for today. Amen.
